- Performance- Efficient combustion for better fuel economy and lower oil consumptions.Cummin Mining engine N855 BC
- PT Fuel System- Cummin PT self-adjusting system. Integral dual flyweight governor provides over speed protection independent of main governor. Camshaft actuated fuel injectors give accurate metering and timing.
- Cylinder Liners- Replaceable wet liners dissipate heat faster than dry liners and are easily replaced without re boring the block.
- Cylinder Heads- Alloy cast iron. Each head serves two cylinders. Drilled fuel supply and return lines. Valve seat inserts are replaceable and corrosion resistant. Valve and crosshead guides are replaceable
Engine parameters
*The five key systems of the engine are developed and optimized for Cummin to ensure engine reliability.
*High-pressure common rail fuel system (HPCR), fuel injection pressure up to 1600bar, rapid throttle response at different speeds, more efficient power output, better fuel economy, and lower noise.
* Mature intelligent electronic control technology can improve the overall performance of the engine, and the engine specifications can be customized according to the application requirements, with stronger self-diagnosis and self-protection capabilities and full combustion of the engine.
